💸 Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original sealed packaging. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, email us at vouxofficials@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product was incorrect or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
